How many days does it take before the internet or phone service can be used at your location?

For new customers subscribing to the service, installation will be completed
within 24 hours at the earliest after filling out the application form and making
the initial connection payment.

What documents are required to connect to the internet or phone service?

For individual/residential customers: You must provide an identity card (ID) or passport, and a property purchase or lease agreement.
For organizational or business customers: You must provide an identity card (ID) or passport, a property purchase or lease agreement, business registration documents, and a Value Added Tax (VAT) certificate.
