Key Terms and Conditions
Important information about pricing, connection, and the use of Postpaid telephone services.
- Installation fees, call charges, and monthly service fees are exclusive of 10% VAT and 3% SPT.
- Residential customers are exempt from the 10% VAT on installation fees.
- International calls will be automatically disconnected when the call charges exceed the deposited amount.
- The service includes on-site installation, a standard telephone number, telephone equipment, and service activation.
- Provides up to 200 meters of external telephone cabling free of charge.
- For connections of five or more telephone lines at the same location, the service will be provided via a copper cable network.

IP Phone Service Terms and Conditions
- The $3 monthly fee applies only to numbers subscribed to the Postpaid service.
- No monthly fee is charged for Prepaid numbers.
- Customers who purchase IP Phone / RG-200 equipment from Telecom Cambodia will own the equipment.
- Telephone equipment is covered by a 6-month warranty, excluding damage caused by breakage, fire, or lightning.
